Mount Abu is the one and only hill station in Rajasthan. Rajasthan is full of deserts so its like an Oasis there in the desert. It is situated in Aravali Hills. The climate there is nice and the place is full of natural beauty, i.e. colorful flowers, forests and rocks. The environment of the place attracts a lot of tourists. The nearest railway station is Abu Road. Now let me tell you about the places that you should visit there.

Dilwara Jain Temples: The Dilwara Jain Temple is made up of white marble. There are beautiful carvings that one can’t take his eyes away from them. It seems as if the makers have put their soul in them. These temples were made between 11th to 13th century. These temples are devoted to Jain Guru Adinath.

Nakki Lake: It is an amazing tourist spot. Nakki lake is a beautiful lake surrounded by trees. There is a small garden on its one side, and that gives freshness to the tourists in the evening. Boating in the lake is a good experience. You should definately check this out.

Sunset Point: Sunset Point is located on the western end of the city over the hills. This point is almost 2 Kms away from the city. One can reach there by walking or be riding a horse or a camel. You will surely love to see the sunset.

Nainital is a beautiful hill station located in Uttaranchal, India. It is a nice tourist spot. Nainital is good for spending family vacations.

Nainital is a beautiful lake surrounded by hills on three sides. The view gives freshness to the eyes and joy to the heart.

Boating In Nainital

The two ends of the lake are known as Tallital and Mallital. Boat clubis situated on both the ends of lake from Tallital to Mallital. Boating in the lake is a great experience for sure. Boating charges are fixed by the government.

Mall Road

Mall road is a road that you will find in almost every hill station. Lets come to the nainital’s mall road, over there you will find a lot of candle & gift shops which are located parallel to hotels and restaurants. Vehicles are not allowed on the mall road, only rickshaws are allowed. Rickshaws are available on the rickshaw stand, the charges are fixed by the government.

Nainital As A Religious Place

As per the religious terms, nainital is considered to be a nice place. You can visit the Naina Devi Temple and Gurudwara located at the shore of lake.

Snow View

If you go to Nainital, then you must check out the Snow View. You can reach the Snow View by ropeway trolly, the rent of the ropeway trolly is almost Rs 100 or you can say approximately $2, well this mmoney is going to show you an amazing view of Himalayan Peaks covered with snow.

Naina Peak

Naina Peak is situated 6 Kms away from Nainital. You can reach there by horse riding or by walk. From there you will be able to see a beautiful view of Nainital city.

Hanumangari

Hanumangari is a beautiful Hanuman Temple, it is almost 3 Kms away from Nainital. It is a really good place to see the sunset view.

Bara Pathar | Bada Pathar

The place Bara Pathar is famous for Hanging Rocks, it is almost 3.5 Kms away from Nainital.

Planetorium

You can see the planets and star over there. It is almost 7 Kms from Nainital.

Other Places

Sattal, Bheemtal and Nokuchiatal are located near Nainital and can be seen in one day tour.

Indians can reach Nainital by Government Tourist Buses Or by a Taxi, by train you can reach till Kathgodan and from there you can go in a bus or in a taxi.

Tibidabo amusement park is an amusement park for children, situated right up on the hills at Tibidabo, few miles from the center of Barcelona, Spain.

The park was built in the year 1889 A.D., and it was perhaps, one of the hottest tourist destinations for those who would visit Barcelona. The journey to the mountains of Tibidabo was enchanting, and people just loved to go to Tibidabo amusement park. During the start of the 19th century, the park used to be flooded with hordes of visitors, and people who came to Barcelona would never miss an opportunity to travel to Tibidabo amusement park.

The park is tailor made for children, but even adults could derive a lot of pleasure from the extravagant theme park. You could choose to visit an early 19th century neo gothic church right at the mountains, while your children play around the park. Flip over for a Ferris ride wheel, but those are just outside the park’s gate.

The park has special entry fees discount for disabled people. And if you are serious enough to travel right up to the summit of Tibidabo Mountains, you should catch a tram from Barcelona up to the half way journey. Alight from the tram, and catch a funicular train which carries you to Tibidabo amusement park.
